It turns out that there are a  lot of loose definitions on what constitutes a "green" job.  With so much money being diverted there are many jobs being re-classified green to take advantage of the cash.   We are going to do a better job of defining what is a green job and what is not if we want to prevent waste and fraud.   .... read more
